Comic Con: 300 Posters!
By Kellvin Chavez on July 22, 2006

We've got your first look at the
"300" Posters
for you.
We just left the Warner Bros. panel for "300." They showed a clip from the
movie that was incredible! Dark, gritty and absolutely brutal. I think it's
the first time in my Comic Con career that I've seen bare naked titties shown
to the crowd. I might be wrong.
But we'll get a better summary for you guys later, right now, we're bringing
you your first look of the "300" poster.

Based on the epic graphic novel by Frank Miller, 300 is a
ferocious retelling of the ancient Battle of Thermopylae in which King Leonidas
(Gerard Butler) and 300 Spartans fought to the death against Xerxes and his
massive Persian army. Facing insurmountable odds, their valor and sacrifice
inspire all of Greece to unite against their Persian enemy, drawing a line
in the sand for democracy. The film brings Miller’s (Sin City) acclaimed
graphic novel to life by combining live action with virtual backgrounds that
capture his distinct vision of this ancient historic tale.
