Jared Padalecki has done a couple of horror films in his time, Cry Wolf and House of Wax. Both films so bad I'm surprised he hasn't given up acting for real estate or something. Our own Hector Ayala gets his hands bloody when he interviews the new slasher star.
Friday the 13th opens February 13th 2009.

The film is a revamp of the Jason Voorhees franchise.

Jared Padalecki is a great Actor that I believe is going places!

He was not well cast in either movies, he's still acting cause he's a great actor just watch the series Supernatural to see how much so. Oh and he has been signed for a drama movie trilogy together with Peter O Tool so no stopping this superb actor just cause of a few badly cast roles.

I completely agree with Steve on this. Jared Padalecki is a wonderful actor. He has been very badly cast in the movies you mention and they are hardly references to give an objective opinion on his acting ability. Maybe if you watched Supernatural, you could have a much better perspective on this young man's ever growing talent.

Jared is awsom in every movie and TV show he is doing!
i loved him at "House Of Wax" and at "Cry wolf"!
Jared is a grait actor and he is doing a grait job in every project he ever got!

Primero, quien sos para juzgar a un actor que recien comienza su carrera, segundo si las peliculas son malas y Jared logro destacarse es un punto a favor no en contra de el. Y me vas a decir que cuando vos empezaste lo que sea que haces no hicistes trabajos vergonzosos o es que naciste perfecto. Pienso que estuviste muy equivocado en tu opinion y que si realmente miraras Supernatural, o te informaras de lo que es Jared hoy por hoy en el mundo te callarias la boca o pedirias disculpas a los lectores.

Jared is a great actor, I notice only the movies were mentioned, not Jared's actual acting ability. Of course Paris Hilton is a bad actress, so the chances of "House of Wax" being good were pretty much doomed from the time they cast her, but that is in no way reflective of Jared's acting ability. I agree with Steve, I think this obviously opinionated (yet ill informed) writer should watch Supernatural before making such sweeping judgements about Jared's acting ability. Frankly, the tone behind this article is very childish; clearly the writer has a bad case of jealously. Maybe he should consider giving up writing for real estate or something.

Jared Padalecki es un axcelente actor, y lo digo precisamente por supernatural, serie que veo a pesar de que las historias no me atraen mucho, pero cuyos actores han hecho de SAM y DEAN WINCHESTER personajes ENTRAÑABLES, no solo en los EEUU, sino tambien en LA, europa y asia. Chequea fuentes antes de hablar, George el guapo Roush, mas aun si pretendes hablar mal de alguien; opinando sin saber, quedas como una persona a quien le regalaron inmerecidamente la posibilidad de opinar.
