Confirmed: Brendan Fraser Will Be In G.I. Joe!

A few weeks back (CLICK HERE) El Mayimbe had reported that BRENDAN FRASER booked the role of GUNG HO for Stephen Sommer’s big screen live-action adaptation of "G.I. Joe."
The guys over at Newsarama caught up with Fraser while promoting Journey to the Center of the Earth over at New York Comic Con and asked the question whether or not he will be GI JOE and YES HE CONFIRMED what we reported.

Nobody can be as Gung-Ho in GI Joe as Brendan. No way No how.I can see The Rock in the film but Brendan Fraser? Two hot muscle bound men back to back. That wouldbe sweeeeeeeeet.

I am a true fan of Brendan. He could've been the Nite Owl on "Watchmen" if he weren't busy working on "The Mummy". I can see Brendan as Gung-Ho on the new "GI Joe" film big time. But I am hearing too many rumors that he is not Gung-Ho in the film. If he isn't well that's just a real disappointment.Brendan has got a body fit to play a bad boy sargeant or a vigilantesuperhereo.

Brendan Fraser is one of the most sexiest tight rear-ended guys on god's green earth. It's about time! I'm used to seeing Brad Pitt and Will Smith make appearances in films every year, but Brendan always leaves me wanting more...why is that? Oh well...life goes on. Whenever they wana make any more films about muscle vigilante hereos or villians they will need to think Brendan Fraser; cuz nobody can flex such a sexy tighter muscular body like he can, trust me.
