I got a chance to talk to Heath Ledger about playing The Joker in Warner Bros.' highly-anticipated The Dark Knight, while doing his rounds for "I'm Not There," the highly anticipated biographical film about legendary singer and songwriter Bob Dylan, follows six distinct characters, depicting different stages of Dylan's life, embodying a different aspect of his life story and music.
What was cool about meeting Heath Ledger was the talk we had before and after the interview, which he said he thought that when we announced to the world that he was playing the Joker, "I thought it was awesome when you guys announced it. It was great" said Ledger.
Meanwhile speaking of The Dark Knight promoting the upcoming horror movie "Stephen King's The Mist" Nathan Gamble told me the following:
"I play Gary Oldman's son and YES I do have scenes with BATMAN!"
Check out the the exclusive video interview in which he talks briefly about the how fun it was to play THE JOKER.
Stay Tuned for the full interview in the coming days.
The Dark Knight opens in theaters on July 18, 2008.
