Kirsten Dunst In For Spider Man 4

Fro MTV comes this not exciting news:

Well, now that the news has broken that both Raimi and Maguire have signed back on for a fourth and fifth installment – with a hefty paycheck attached as well — MTV News posed the big question to Dunst while she was promoting her upcoming film, “How to Lose Friends and Alienate People” with Simon Pegg. Is she in or is she out?


“I’m in,” said the actress matter of factly. However, when pressed to make the announcement official, Dunst quickly changed her tone, and rather cryptically added, “I’m not saying anything, I know there’s rumors…”

If she initially says she's in, then she's in. I like Kirsten Dunst, I really do. But after three movies, I'm ready to move on from Spider-Man's cast. They blew it with number 3 and even though Spidey has a great rogue's gallery of villains, I just don't care about the movie franchise anymore.

What could they do to bring it back since they blew it with Venom? Use Carnage somehow?

I wish Sony would let Marvel have the rights back, then we could look forward to a proper version of spidey, and not this sfx laden soap opera that Raimi et al. seem intent on making us watch.

Yeah 3 was the weakest but dude spidey's, well spidey you know? We should see old school villans ala lizard (which was in parts 2&3 and electro,shocker,vulture and try for doc ock again then we'll have a sinister six going on NOW that would be the shit!!!!!!!!!!! fuck carnage and venom those are spawn mcfarlane incarnations stick with the originals that stan lee, ditko and buscema created!

Dunst in one fugly chick!!! She looks like a man in drag...in these flicks she is always a whinny bitch...how about killing her off!!! Kill off Aunt May....she is just the worst in this franchise...Raimi you should have Venom killed these two annoying bitches on part 3, to get back at Spiderman... Part 4 should have been the damn show down between that two with part 5 teaming up to fuck up Carnage...but no you had to FUCK IT UP!!!! IDIOTS....

Bring back Green Goblin (Norman Osbourn) Willem Defoe. And don't give me the "he died in the first one". You know how many times GG died in the comics, it's so easy to bring him back. He is the purest villian to Spider-Man. Through Lizard in part 4 with hints of GG returning for a part 5 finally to end all. I know I just ruined it for you all but too bad.

I don't want them to get a new actress to play Mary Jane. Nobody could beat Kirstin Dunst. And I don't know how they will be able to make Spiderman 4 better than the 3rd one! The 3rd one was AMAZING!!!!
