Star Trek Beams Onto This Week's Entertainment Weekly
By George 'El Guapo' Roush on October 15, 2008
Yay! It's another stupid Star Trek story I'm forced to post otherwise I won't get paid and I'll be thrown out of my house.
Just Jared has a picture of this week's Entertainment Weekly magazine covering J.J. Abrams new Star Trek movie that only J.J. Abrams and people who attend Klingon language camps are interested in. Just Jared has more details:
In this issue, the mag talks about director J.J. Abrahms launching Spock (Quinto) and Kirk (Pine) back into space and the surprising secrets of next summer’s blockbuster.
EW even has first photos from their set visit. This Trek movie exclusive hits newsstands on Friday!
These guys are so fucking airbrushed they look like they should belong in Maxim. I bet you every one on the planet Vulcan is laughing at how enormously clean and plucked Spock's eyebrows are, while gay men everywhere are smiling at Kirk and thinking, "Thee? I knew it all along! Why else would they be touching chests?"
Click the incredibly cropped picture below to check out the whole thing and prepare to be whisked away to J.J. Abrams' vision of going where no man has gone before. Unless that man is Perez Hilton.
As a bonus, let's go Staaaar Treeekin' across the universe!!
Are there really Klingons on the starboard bow? Comment below or e-mail: george@latinoreview.com
Homos actually have great senses of humor, Mark. In fact, homos write most of the jokes you laugh at on TV, the Internet and in movies! Something has to be funny first in order to be considered humorous, however. Where's the joke you seem to be referring to?
While we're on the topic, I love that 'phobes always call attractive, well-groomed guys "gay." It doesn't reflect well on the straight dudes out there. "I may be bald, fat and smell like shit ... but at least I don't suck cock!"
BTW - The "cosplay" dude gets how to make a funny gay joke. It's not hard. (That's what she said ... Or he said.)
