TDK Set Pics: Eckhart & Gyllenhaal

Our main main Gustavo sent us over a link to The Dark Knight set pics that feature Harvey Dent and Rachel Dawes!

Is anyone happier than I that Aaron Eckhart and Maggie Gyllenhaal are in The Dark Knight?  I abhored Tommy Lee Jones as Harvey Dent/Two-Face though the thought of Billy Dee Williams as Harvey Dent was great until the man who is Lando never got to play the bad side.  There is no way you could have watched Thank You For Smoking and then not gotten excited over Eckhart being cast as Gotham's incredible District Attorney that doesn't have luck on his side.



The same goes for Maggie Gyllenhaal.  The woman is beautiful and can act circles around most actresses.  Katie Holmes's Rachel Dawes was the one sore spot in the original, which I do hold as my favorite comic book film of all time.  Katie's poor doe-eyes only helped to solidify her blank stare most of the movie.  The Dark Knight could be the worst movie ever and if Heath Ledger, Christian Bale, Morgan Freeman, Gary Oldman, and Michael Caine all deliver horrible performances, I at least know I can count on Maggie to give us some acting.  Of course this movie is chock full of those amazing actors - so that just makes everything all kinds of better.
