The Runaways, a film about the rise of the all-girl 70s punk band by the same name, just launched its teaser trailer this morning, giving us are first real look at Kristen Stewart as Joan Jett.
Yes, Stewart is probably best known for her portrayal of emo-teen Bella from the Twilight movie series, but hear she nails not only the look but the attitude of the infamous Jett. If you don't believe me, you can check out the teaser trailer below and let us know what you think.
The Runaways also features Scout Taylor-Compton as Lita Ford and Dakota Fanning as Cherie Currie. Their hit song "Cherry Bomb" from their debut album, is featured in the teaser.
