Transformers 2 Set Photos: The Smithsonian
By Edgar 'El Toro' Arce on June 8, 2008

The
Transformers Live Action Movie Blog has a report about the recent filming going on this weekend over at the Smithsonian air and space museum, for
TRANSFORMERS 2: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN. There are lots f pictures of various concept cars still covered from the media, but one of them obviously being Bumble Bee, plus 2 other cars we’re not familiar with. The blog goes on to say:
“The images show several different shots of the SR-71 Blackbird (Jet fire) as mentioned in the call sheets, Bumblebee, and unknown green car, and a black Porsche. Some cars have been identified as a Chevy Beat, which is a not yet released concept car pretty much proving it’s an Autobots Transformers alt mode.”It’s unknown whether Shia or Megan fox are filming on the set but another site (
Superherohype.com) confirmed that Shia was indeed filming a scene there.
“We finally saw what looked like Shia dressed in an old time pilots outfit (think aviator goggles and a white scarf around the neck). He was standing between a pillar and a mannequin dressed like him, along with several other mannequins dressed in different pilot outfits. They repeatedly filmed a security guard running by as Shia reached out and put a taser to his neck and the guard would fall to the ground.”Sounds like Megan and Shia are breaking into the museum to steal something? Or get someone inside it!!
For now, continue soaking in all the making of pics that are swamping the internet. Stay tuned to Latinoreview.com for more updates as they happen!
