UPDATED: TDK Joker Website Puzzle

I haven't paid much attention to 'The Joker's Why So Serious website the past few weeks but something very interesting has just popped up on The Dark Knight(ish) website.

A new puzzle game.  What does it reveal?  I don't know!!!  I just work here!!!!!!

But I figured I'd throw a link to you readers to see if you can figure out what the hell is going on over there and see what is revealed once you figure it all out.  It seems it is a photo game where readers actually go out with a clue and snap a picture of whatever may be out there.  What's out there???????????

UPDATE:

So the picture game is gone and a note is now up on the site.  The 'letters' on the note are the pictures that were 'asked' to be taken and form an entire letter seen below: 



If you can't read it, it reads, "The only sensible way to live in this world is without rules."

There is a letter below that reads this:



Now you are able to click on the note and you hear Heath Ledger's Joker say, "Tonight you're going to break your one rule."

And then what pops up??? Why a picture of The Joker!



Is that it?  Actually it's NOT!  If you click on the Joker's picture once again you are brought to yet another website - http://www.rorysdeathkiss.com/.  Here this letter pops up along with a bunch of people in Polaroid pictures with the Joker's makeup on.
