Video Interview: John Cusack On 1408

From the Oscar-nominated writer/director, Mikael Hafstrom, of the movie “Derailed”, comes a new film and, all I have say is two words..Stephen King.  The new movie 1408, based on King’s short story is really a metaphysical thriller.  It stars John Cusack as Mike Enslin, a writer of famous haunted houses who is somewhat skeptical about the actual hauntings until he experiences room 1408 which he is encouraged not to enter.

This film is not your typical blood & evil type but it’s more of a mental twister with an actual story to it, it makes you second guess yourself so I wouldn’t recommend any hallucinogens, the movie already does that for you.  You begin to be confused with the reality of the situation and the mind tricks of the hotel room. 

I had a chance to sit down with John Cusack and ask him about making the film, he also let me in on his next projects.
