Would a Lost Movie Pick Up After the Series?

Lost fans have long known that their favorite series was set to end in 2010. But now, in talking with The Hollywood Reporter, Lost's co-creator and executive producer, Damon Lindelof, has admitted that the series could continue with a movie adaptation – just don't expect any familiar faces.
“At the end of Season 6, their story – all their character resolutions will happen,” Lindelof promised. “The characters that we love and cared about, and invested in, their story is, for all intents and purposes, over.”
But Lindelof points out that a reboot or continuation of the series is still possible. “The brand of the show, or the franchise of the show, to us, has always been the people,” explained Lindelof. “But for some audience members and maybe even for Disney, the brand is actually the island itself.”
Does that mean new marooned islanders or a look at the island before Oceanic Flight 815 went down? Only time will tell – if and when a Lost movie gets made, that is. Lindelof certainly has no plans, as of yet.
“In our story plan, all we've ever talked about are the six years of the show. It's never been, 'Oh let's leave that for a potential movie,'” he said.

I have to agree producer Damon Lindelof, when LOST finishes next year that's it, its over. Don't bother or touch it HOLLYWOOD.

Don't mess with LOST, the tv serie will finish in 2010, leave it that way. Don't touch it. LOST is sacred for us the fans.

They shouldn't touch it after they finish it next year, ESPECIALLY if damon and carlton aren't onboard for it. It will piss huge fans like me off too much.
